CHICKEN CHEESE PIE
YUMM YUMMMM!

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c Chicken, cooked & diced
1 1/4 c Mozzarella, shredded
Oregano to season to your taste about 1/2 ts
Basil to season to your taste about 1/2 ts (I left this out)
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts onion powder
6 oz Tomato paste or sauce - I used prego
1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 c Milk
1/4 ts Pepper ( I left this out )
2 Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 400 (I cooked at 350)
Grease (I used spray) round baking dish that is about 9 inches round or 8 inches square.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in baking dish. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella,
oregano, basil, garlic powder and tomato paste or sauce into baking dish - spoon over Parmesan
cheese.
Stir baking mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella
cheese.
Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
